Six years inside founder-led businesses, including a national coaching organization that made the Inc. 5000 two years running. I'm a Certified Director of Operations, and I've run backend operations, launches, and international events for companies from multi-six to eight figures.
I'm good at the unglamorous part. The org chart nobody wants to redraw. The offer that should be retired. The number that tells you the truth instead of the one that makes you feel better. Reminding you to focus on the goal and not a shiny new idea.
