I started in customer service and administration, which honestly taught me more about people and operations than any certification did. When the pandemic hit, I pivoted into online business operations and moved fast, going from execution to leadership before most people had figured out how to unmute themselves on Zoom.
Since then, I've supported and led operations for six and seven-figure organizations, working with teams connected to Rogers, RBC, McKinsey, Pinterest, and government institutions. My work lives at the intersection of strategy, structure, and execution. I'm the person who takes what's in your head and turns it into something that actually runs.
Along the way, I discovered a serious love for retreat and experience planning. Luckily, building unforgettable experiences and building high-functioning businesses require the same skills — obsessive attention to detail, clear systems, and the ability to stay calm when everything is happening at once. I've since planned seven-figure retreats, coordinated private flights, booked speakers like Liz Gilbert and Martha Beck, and produced a national film premiere. I'm also hosting my own retreats (a women of colour retreat in Nova Scotia this year, and Soul, Sauce & Soft Life in Japan in 2027).
I'm a Certified Director of Operations and hold certifications in Project Management, Human Resources, Managerial Accounting, and Online Business Management. But honestly? My best credential is the work.

20 countries and counting. I travel roughly 4-6 times a year and I plan every trip myself, which honestly just confirms I was always meant to do this.
Culture through food
New city, new restaurant, new dish. Food is how I explore and how I connect, which is exactly why it shows up in every retreat I plan.
Serial hobbyist
Ballroom and latin dancing is the latest addition. Before that: gardening, yoga, survival shows, and an ongoing relationship with trying things once just to see.
