Hi I’m Jalene Smith!
I’m a strategic operations leader with over a decade of experience across operations, project management, and organizational support. I began my career in customer service and administration, then transitioned into online business operations during the pandemic, where I quickly moved from execution into leadership.
Over the years, I’ve supported and led operations for six and seven-figure organizations, including teams working with brands and institutions such as Rogers, RBC, McKinsey, and government organizations. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, structure, and execution. I help organizations turn ideas into clear priorities, aligned systems, and sustainable operations.
I’ve completed certifications in Human Resources, Managerial Accounting, Project Management, Online Business Management, and Director of Operations, and I’m known for bringing clarity to complex, fast-moving environments.

Outside of work, I’m deeply curious and always learning. I consider myself a serial hobbyist, and I’m always trying something new (most recently it was ballroom & latin dancing). I love travelling, exploring different cultures, spending time in nature, and trying new food. You’ll usually find me planning a trip, watching a survival show, doing yoga in the park, or playing with my kitty, Neilina.
